ELV & BMS

Structured networks, security and communications.

All services

We coordinate data networks, access control, CCTV, audiovisual systems, IP telephony, server spaces and BMS interfaces within the agreed scope.

Connected low-voltage systems with a coordinated backbone

The low-voltage scope brings together data networks, access control, CCTV, audiovisual systems, IP telephony and other communications. Shared cable and spatial infrastructure is defined by the project's functional requirements.

Server spaces, device locations, cable routes and BMS interfaces are coordinated with architectural and electrical information. The final scope of each subsystem is set in the agreed brief.

How we work

  1. Requirements and topology

We review users, devices, connection points and control needs to establish the initial topology for each network.

  2. Pathways and equipment

Containment, server spaces and field devices are coordinated with electrical power, furniture, ceilings and other engineering systems.

  3. Testing and handover

Installed connections and agreed functions are checked according to system type before the relevant handover information is prepared.

Included scope

  • Structured cabling (SCS)
  • CCTV surveillance
  • Access control (ACS)
  • AV & sound systems
  • IP telephony
  • Server rooms

Coordination with other systems

Low-voltage devices need electrical power, cable routes, network addressing and often signals from other systems. A shared interface list connects the ELV, electrical, HVAC, fire-safety and BMS teams.

Frequently asked questions

Which ELV systems are included?

The service can include structured cabling, CCTV, access control, audiovisual systems, IP telephony and BMS interfaces. The specific combination is defined by the project's functional brief.

Are server rooms covered?

Server-room planning can cover rack locations, cable entries and coordination of related electrical and cooling requirements. The exact equipment list is defined by the agreed scope.

How is BMS integration coordinated?

Required statuses, alarms, control commands and the communication method are identified for each connected system. That information is coordinated with the equipment and BMS teams.
